July 18th, 08 is the date for the release of “Batman: The Dark Knight”. Warner Bros. have just released the latest theatrical trailer, which also reveals Harvey Dents transformation to “2-Face”.
Here is the content summary from the Apple trailer website:
“Like many American outsider-adventurers, Dorian “Doc” Paskowitz set out to realize a utopian dream. Abandoning a successful medical practice, he sought self-fulfillment by taking up the nomadic life of a surfer. But unlike other American searchers like Thoreau or Kerouac, Paskowitz took his wife and nine children along for the ride, all eleven of them living in a 24 foot camper. Together, they lived a life that would be unfathomable to most, but enviable to anyone who ever relinquished their dreams to a straight job. The Paskowitz Family proved that America may be running out of frontiers, but it hasn’t run out of frontiersman. “
Found this on Affenheimtheater. It’s the poster art for Quentin Tarantino’s new production: Hellride. The poster is really cool!
Here is a quick description of the plot from firstshowing.net “In Hell Ride, two rival biker gangs, the Victors and the Six-Six-Sixers, have been at war for years. On July 4th, 1976 the Six-Six-Sixers kill and burn the Victors’ president’s wife, now 32 years later they’re getting revenge. The Victors are headed up by the gang’s president, Pistolero (Larry Bishop, who played the “asshole on the elbow” guy in Kill Boll Vol. 2), The Gent (Michael Madsen, who played Budd in Kill Bill Vol. 2), and recently added member Comanche (Eric Balfour). The Six-Six-Sixers is lead by Billy Wings (Vinnie Jones), a ruthless biker who uses an air powered crossbow that’s as badass as Anton Chigurh’s cattle stun gun in No Country for Old Men. “
While everybody is waiting for Will Smith‘s newest movie “I am legend” to hit cinemas in Europe, I am already looking forward to this new Will Smith flick, which is due next summer: “Hancock“
“A hard-living superhero (Smith) who has fallen out of favor with the public enters into a questionable relationship with the wife (Theron) of the public relations professional (Bateman) who’s trying to repair his image.”
